Territory Sales Manager (2 Positions) | Animalcare UK

📍 North/West Midlands & South/East Midlands

As part of our continued growth and investment in the UK market, Animalcare is expanding its commercial team and is recruiting two Territory Sales Managers. One position covers the North/West Midlands territory, and one position covers the South/East Midlands territory.

⚠️ Candidates must reside within the territory for which they are applying. Applications from candidates living outside the relevant territory will not be considered.

Main purpose of the job

Are you passionate about animal health and motivated by building strong relationships with veterinary professionals? Do you thrive in a field-based commercial role where you can make a real impact on customer success and business growth?

At Animalcare, you'll work with a trusted portfolio of products while partnering with veterinary practices to help improve animal health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Developing and growing sales within your assigned territory
• Building strong relationships with veterinarians, veterinary nurses and practice teams
• Delivering product training and educational presentations
• Identifying new business opportunities and maximising territory performance
• Gathering market insights and customer feedback
• Representing Animalcare at meetings, congresses and industry events

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Experience within veterinary, animal health, pharmaceutical, pet care or related sectors
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded with a results-driven approach
• Self-motivated, resilient and highly organised
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
• Full UK driving licence
