We want the hiring experience at Animalcare to be clear, respectful, and consistent. Below you’ll find what happens after you apply, what each step means, and how we keep you informed along the way.

  • Apply

    Find the right role and submit your application. A CV is usually enough, only add supporting documents where relevant.

  • Review

    Our recruiting team reviews applications against the role requirements. If your profile fits, we’ll contact you for the next step.

  • Interviews & Assessment

    You’ll speak with our recruiter and then the hiring manager (and relevant stakeholders) to explore your motivation, experience, and practical details. We focus on role-related skills and how you work with others.” For some roles, there’s a short, job-relevant task; we’ll explain what good looks like and keep it proportionate.

  • Decision & offer

    We’ll share feedback and next steps as quickly as possible. If successful, we’ll guide you through the offer and onboarding preparation.
